Hi! I'm Susie
I’m committed to helping families find equity at home and work, ensuring both partners have equal opportunities to enjoy quality time with their children while pursuing fulfilling careers.
By supporting women in sharing responsibilities at home and advancing their professional aspirations, I aim to contribute to closing the gender pay gap and promote a fairer future for all.
I like to think of it as breaking the mould that their background, upbringing or society have imposed. Breaking down barriers to fulfil dreams others said they couldn't or shouldn't have.

Growing up in a working-class, single-parent household in Scotland profoundly shaped my values. Raised by strong women facing financial insecurities, I developed a deep sense of justice and equity. These experiences drove me to pursue a secure, well-paid career to avoid the challenges I witnessed as a child.

My computer science degree and subsequent qualifications delivered on that. I enjoyed my role as a Project/Program Manager, thriving in the fast-paced high-pressured delivery environment and growing my innate skills. I became an expert strategist, planner, organiser, facilitator and leader.

As I advanced in my career, I increasingly saw and experienced inequities, particularly the challenges women face after becoming mothers. The frustration of these disparities, combined with the shifts in my own life after having children, led me to experience the motherhood penalty firsthand. This motivated me to change direction and train as a professional Life Coach, so I could master myself and help others do the same.

The biggest gift I have is my ability to actively listen, identify the root of any problem; and shift focus to find solutions, to plan and execute a change.

My greatest act of service as a Life Coach is approaching every client with genuine curiosity, valuing their uniqueness and helping them rediscover themselves and their potential after becoming parents.
Lasting change, growth and achieving outcomes are key to my personal code of ethics.

Constructively challenge:- my questions are intuitive, thought-provoking and come from a place of genuine curiosity and care.
You’ll feel fully supported as you stretch your thinking and beliefs to gain new insights and bring clarity.

Create lasting impact:- my approach is tailored to you as a unique individual.
You’ll gain insights that lead to improvements in mindset, relationships and outcomes in your profession or business.

Deliver measurable results:- my only agenda is for you to reach your goal.
You’ll not only have the tools you need to take tangible actions but you'll feel empowered, inspired and supported every step of the way.
What I do

I believe that too many talented, driven women are held back by systemic inequalities and societal pressures. Despite leading in higher education achievements, women often step back from their careers to take on caregiving responsibilities, resulting in part-time roles, reduced earning potential, and financial insecurity later in life. It doesn’t have to be this way. I help women find practical solutions to balance their family responsibilities, rebuild their careers, and achieve financial independence.

My goal is to create positive societal change, one person at a time, for the betterment of our children’s future.
